When suddenly, out of the blue, a handsome, vibrant man in a crisp, button-down shirt sat down next to me. One thing led to another. And the next thing I knew, I was falling in love. She's a wicked smart physician who's just stepped into a leadership position in her healthcare system. She described the first meeting she attended in her new position: "I looked around the table and realized that I was the only woman sitting at the table."
